this recipe's fresh from my visit to argentina last month. they don't seem to have the best weed there, but they've got beef like you wouldn't believe. argentinos take their meat seriously. squeamish vegans - please avert your eyes! meat-lovers - behold the awesomeness of pizza with a meat crust!
Grill: one steak, to perfection. i used a tender juicy ribeye, cut a little on the thin side, and cooked it medium-rare over charcoal.
Add: on top of the steak, pizza sauce, thinly-sliced ham, sauteed peppers and onions, olives - anything you would normally put on a pizza. Of course, smother everything in a mound of shredded cheese. i like a mix of mozzerella and cheddar.
Broil: in the oven under the broiler for 1-2 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and just slightly brown on top.
Serve: with knife and fork. garnish with olives, sausage, etc.
