Hi,
I'm Mike from ShivaSnax.com and I've got a SUPER SIMPLE and TASTY - Reefer's Style Chocolate & Peanut Butter Cup candy recipe for ya'. : )
You'll need:
A) One Silicone 12 mini-muffin pan from Target or similar for apx. $12. These work great as chocolate molds!
B) 3/4 of pound of Milk Chocolate Melties that you can buy in bulk at any warehouse style grocery store
C) 40 grams of Green Marijuana Butter (plus or minus as appropriate for 12 edibles)
D) 225 grams (1/2 pound) of peanut butter morsels you can buy in bulk at any warehouse style grocery store
E) A microwave, a large microwave safe mixing bowl, a pastry spatula or similar and a box of aluminum foil
STEP BY STEP:
1) Melt your chocolate melties and butter in the microwave on HIGH for 1 minute and 20 seconds
2) MIX WELL
3) Using a teaspoon fill your 12 mini muffin cups 1/2 full with melted chocolate
4) Put in a healthy layer of peanut butter morsels on top of the chocolate
5) Using a teaspoon fill in your 12 mini muffin cups completely full with melted chocolate
6) Place your chocolates in the refrigerator for at least an hour
7) Pop the chocolate candies out of their molds and individually wrap using a piece of aluminum foil apx. 4" x 4"
8) Refrigerate and enjoy!
